Role Overview

We are a prominent player in the snacking industry, specializing in nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate. Join our Customer Experience Team remotely, with future opportunities in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers through various communication channels
  • Resolve customer concerns creatively and promote brand loyalty

  • Focus on customer retention, sales, and operational goals
  • Handle additional assignments and projects as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience in a dynamic environment

  • Secure wifi connection for remote work
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Empathy, active listening, and the ability to bring positivity to interactions
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
