Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a business professional environment.

What you will do as the Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience with our services.
  • Gather and report client feedback to help improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team with client onboarding, product information, and service demonstrations as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and report generation.

What you will bring to the Customer Service Representative role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
