Required Qualifications:- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Completion of Medical Assistant with phlebotomy or Phlebotomy course
- Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification
- Computer experience
- Laboratory or related science experience
- 6 months of Phlebotomist specific experience (including training)
