Coborn's, Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located in the Midwest.
Our grocery store formats include Coborn's, Cash Wise, Marketplace Foods, Hornbacher's, Tadych's Marketplace Foods, and Sullivan's Foods and we offer unique online grocery home delivery services through our Coborns Delivers and Cash Wise Delivers locations.
Coborn's, Inc. also owns and operates liquor stores under Coborn's Liquor, Cash Wise Liquor, Andy's Liquor, and Captain Jack's brands.Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations.
We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right:Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's.
Overview:
Do you have a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude and enjoy helping others? As the Customer Relations Representative you will provide REMARKABLE guest service and act as a customer advocate to build long-term relationships with our guests You will provide internal support to business administration and operations interdepartmental tasks and communications, all while living out Coborn's vision, mission, and core values.
Position Location:
Remote with the occasional visits to the office.
Position Hours:

Additional Duties Will Include:
Receive inbound customer calls and emails.
Respond to customer needs by addressing general service and website inquiries, providing account assistance, finding, resolutions to product and/or service problems, and order issues.
Escalate guests to the identified manager/area of expertise as needed. Properly document all customer communications.Monitor and respond to online guest reviews promptly and professionally.
Complete orders by telephone for customers as requested promptly. Record order details in the Phone Order Log.
Communicate customer issues to key departments. Follow up promptly to report answers/resolutions to customers as needed.
Communicate with NSRs via two-way radio and/or telephone to assist with immediate delivery and/or order issues.
Assist other departments in completing business tasks such as entering product information on the website, supporting the fuel rewards program, general data entry, etc.
