Crossroads Health offers a wide range of life-changing behavioral health and specialized chemical dependency treatment services for individuals of all ages. As a prominent figure in the behavioral health sector, we provide numerous programs that assess, educate, empower, and assist thousands of individuals and families annually.

Our Early Childhood Services (ECS) center is seeking a licensed Counselor to work with Early Childhood clients. The Counselor will conduct diagnostic assessments, provide treatment, education, early intervention, and consultation to Crossroads Health Early Childhood Service clients, community partners, and Early Childhood Service programs. This role entails delivering group and family treatment services, as well as offering consultation and intervention services to Crossroads Early Childhood programs. This licensed professional will collaborate within a team environment and advocate for the organization's integrated services for recovery and mental wellness using a Trauma-Informed approach.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conducting individual, group, and family counseling and treatment services
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions in an office, home, and/or community setting
  • Providing families with guidance in developing treatment plans
  • Administering crisis intervention activities as needed
  • Serving as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Preference given to candidates with a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • LSW or LPC licensure mandatory. Preferred qualifications include LISW or LPCC
  • Knowledge of child development, particularly in social-emotional skills
  • Experience in community organizing and team building; familiarity with consulting early childhood educational systems is advantageous
  • Availability to work 2 evenings per week as required
