FLSA Status: Full-Time - Non-Exempt
Reports to: Program Director

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Supervises: N/A

Rate of Pay: $25.50 - $26.50/hour

Function: As the Office and Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, handling administrative tasks, managing supplies, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with various teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for staff hiring processes.
  • Manage inventory and budget for supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Keep records of transactions and ensure timely reporting.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate kitchen operations and compliance.
  • Support Program Supervisor and Case Management team.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with a positive and solution-focused approach.
  • Supportive of The Salvation Army's mission.
  • Must undergo background checks as per organization policies.
  • Valid in-state driver's license may be required.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform various physical tasks and operate standard office equipment.
