About the Company:
Ready Set Connect, affiliated with Legacy by Gersh at Crotched Mountain Foundation, has been at the forefront of autism services for nearly a decade, committed to providing high-quality ABA Therapy in a supportive clinic-based environment.

Job Description:
As a BCBA at Ready Set Connect, you will collaborate with dedicated ABA Therapists to deliver one-to-one ABA Therapy to preschool and school-age children with autism. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, overseeing therapy sessions, and providing support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop behavior change and intervention plans based on assessment data
  • Conduct various assessments including VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and insurance requirements
  • Provide supervision and training to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCaBA/BCBA candidates
  • Establish data collection systems and deliver consultation services to schools and agencies
  • Participate in parent meetings and maintain HIPPA compliance
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain strong communication skills
  • Problem-solve, maintain organizational skills, and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • BCBA certification from an accredited program
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
  • Experience with ACE ABA Data System and technology
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Schedule:
