Our client is a leading innovator in the IT industry, committed to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that transform businesses.

We are seeking an experienced CFO to become a key member of the Executive team and lead financial strategy in preparation for a listing.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead the financial operations and strategy who will play a pivotal role in guiding the company through the complexities of a listing process, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IPOs, public company financial management, and a strong background in the technology sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the financial aspects of the IPO process, including preparation of S-1 filings, coordination with investment bankers, auditors, and legal counsel.

Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's objectives and growth plans. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly and annual reports in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements.

Maintain robust internal controls and compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook effectively to the investment community.
Identify and mitigate financial risks. Implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial stability.
Manage capital structure, funding requirements, and cash flow. Oversee capital raising activities and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Optimize financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxation. Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong corporate governance practices and support the audit committee.

Required experience/qualifications:
MBA or CPA qualified.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with significant experience in managing IPO processes and public company financial operations, preferably within the technology sector.

Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems. Deep understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution.

Industry knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the technology industry and its financial dynamics.
