- Support residents in household and personal responsibilities to enhance self-sufficiency
- Collaborate with provider staff and agencies for resident services
- Recognize potential crisis factors and take necessary actions
- Enforce program rules and structure
- Offer case management services and advocate for clients' needs
- Set and oversee service plan goals for clients
- Transport clients to local resources and treatment centers
- Accurately document all provided services
Position Overview: The role of Recovery Home Specialists at Rosecrance involves directly supervising clients residing in the facility, supporting their transition to a sober living environment, and assisting with addiction treatment services and recovery integration.
Schedule:
8-hour shifts totaling 24 hours per week.
- Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
