Your Journey at CLM:

Center for Life Management (CLM) is dedicated to providing top-notch outpatient mental healthcare services in the region. Our mission extends to collaborating with local and state organizations to foster stronger communities and promote overall health and well-being. As an Administrative Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in assisting clinical staff, medical professionals, clients, and visitors within the Adult Department. This dynamic full-time position entails working 40 hours per week at our Derry Office with occasional coverage at our Salem Office.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage with clients and visitors during check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle payments, balances, authorizations, and form signatures efficiently to ensure proper recording of all transactions.
  • Organize and scan paperwork into the electronic medical records system.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Support scheduling by arranging appointments promptly and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and materials to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Communicate important information promptly with relevant team members.
  • Ensure timely documentation for the continuity of patient care.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Conduct all tasks while upholding client and staff confidentiality.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and other assigned duties.
  • Represent CLM professionally in all interactions and settings.
  • Perform any other duties as delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a must.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a medical office administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt as necessary.
  • Readiness to acquire and apply new skills based on departmental needs.
