We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Onboarding role to join our team. As part of the Onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our club partners during their launch journey and providing assistance to our internal teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful program launches
- Complete internal support case requests promptly
- Provide Virtual Help Desk Support and Performance Analysis
- Follow up with partners and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support other Customer Success teammates as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships and connect with people
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Passionate about the fitness industry and creating positive experiences
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in health and fitness is a plus
