The Customer Success Consultant plays a key role in supporting our enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Lumen's solutions. By monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and promoting product utilization, this role aims to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
The Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive value
- Monitor customer metrics and address any issues proactively
- Evaluate and improve product adoption levels
- Establish value-driven relationships with customers
- Provide thought leadership to enhance customer trust
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
- Implement revenue management practices for growth
- Manage risks and provide solutions for customer success
- Assist in onboarding new customers for successful deployment
- Execute renewal strategies to drive profitability
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of technology and data networking
- Effective decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
