Job Summary
The Loan Operations Specialist will handle multiple tasks involving auditing non-consumer real estate loans and verifying all documentation for lines of credit. We are a fast-paced department and must be able to take phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with processing loan payments.
- Balance loan general ledger accounts
- Handle incoming pay drafts from dealerships.
- Release vehicle titles
- Prepare loan reports reviewed by the Board of Directors
- Audit consumer and commercial loan documentation and all exceptions through tracking software until cleared.
- Coordinate and review insurance policies for real estate and auto loans
- Upload documents in Image software
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of banking experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce software would be a plus.
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
- Detail Oriented
- This job requires skills in a typical office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
