Position SummaryPosition reports to an Associate Director of US Medical Oncology, Pan Tumor. The Pan Tumor team drives the strategy for priorities that span across tumors, such as safety, unbranded, and health equity. The primary responsibilities of this Senior Manager are to implement unbranded and congress pan tumor strategies aligned with oncology priorities, and partner closely with key matrix stakeholders, such as US Medical, US Commercial, WW Medical, Research and Development, Corporate Affairs, and Congress excellence teams to drive tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities+ Lead execution of multi-channel unbranded resource development and pan tumor congress strategy+ Support a high performing, cross-functional US medical matrix team in the planning, integration, and execution of medical plans and medical launch plans+ Provide strategic, scientific, and executional support to the USMO Pan Tumor Medical team while partnering with the integrated matrix team, including the medical, commercial, and congress excellence organizations+ Lead and/or deliver key pan tumor medical activities, including medical advisory boards, field medical resources and training, congress strategy, reactive content review, and publication strategy+ Partner with US Commercial and Access organizations to integrate medical perspectives into the commercial strategy and ensure appropriate alignment between commercial and medical activities+ Effectively manage external vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget+ Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with external thought leaders
Qualifications & Experience+ Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, PA/NP)+ Prior (1-3 years) pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs is preferred+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate complex situations and gain alignment of diverse stakeholders+ Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities+ Estimated 20% travel within US (as applicable)
