What You Need to Have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in Clinical Operations
- Experience with financial analysis and Process Mapping (4+ years)
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Visio and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Technology

Job Description:
- The Business Analyst for the GDO Excellence team will play a crucial role in enhancing performance and productivity in trial delivery through system and process change endeavors. In this position, the Business Analyst will exhibit essential skills in process definition and mapping, capturing business requirements, and developing relevant documentation. The role involves defining and measuring business value, as well as identifying suitable solutions by:
- Evaluating current business processes to identify areas for enhancement
- Gaining a deep understanding of existing systems/platforms supporting clinical trial execution
- Documenting business needs, creating user stories, and exploring new technological advancements as potential solutions
- Using data to present insights and findings to stakeholders compellingly, narrating a story using the gathered data
- Engaging with users and stakeholders across the organization
- Providing innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to drive innovation and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Business Analyst in a team dedicated to Global Development Operation Excellence
- Collaborating with the GDO Excellence Lead, Business Leads, Technical Leads, and Subject Matter Experts
- Contributing to project teams to evaluate requests, explore enhancements, and assess global requirements and ongoing business-driven changes
- Assisting in crafting value-centric business cases and detailed implementation strategies
- Building strong relationships with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure business and IT solutions align with strategies and priorities
- Developing a deep understanding of existing business processes and systems within the Global Development Operations department
- Participating in the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to facilitate solution implementation
