Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst/Functional Consultant, with strong professional experience in Capital Markets industry and good proficiency in Investment Products, preferably related to Private Markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, compiling & consolidation of various data points across data marts in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and document reporting & dashboarding requirements for client accounts, commingled funds, senior mgmt. analysis etc. as per organizational standards
  • Elicit high level API requirements, formulating API functional specifications and collaboratively shaping API structure
  • Perform deep dive analysis, rule interpretation and gap analysis to highlight areas of concern in the existing reporting process
  • Know-how about regulatory and investor reporting compliance requirements for US markets
  • Exposure working on market leading Alts performance data providers (SS Alpha, Evestment, Bloomberg, Factset, Morningstar Direct etc.) will be of significant advantage

The successful candidate will be a strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, and will be proficient with BA role and responsibilities, like creating BRD, FRD writing, use cases, process flows and other deliverables.
