Community President:
TheCommunity President is responsible for branch sales activities andresults. The Community President coordinates and manages retailemployees, branch operations and activities. In addition, they maintaina leadership role within the bank, branch, and community.

Duties andresponsibilities for

Community President:

Works with Regional Manager tocreate, monitor and maintain action plans to achieve branch goals whichsupport WaterStone Bank\'s strategic objectives, budgetary controls andprofitability.

Motivates, coaches and develops retail staff througheducation, technical and sales training, constructive feedback andperformance management. Works with Regional Manager to maintain adequatestaff and ensure proper handling of employee situations. Conductsinterviews, hires, monitors individual progression, evaluates,disciplines or terminates employees when necessary. Recommendspromotions, salary adjustments and rewards. Plans, coordinates andmanages branch administrative and operational processes and workflowprocedures. Ensures branch staff provides prompt, efficient, accurateand friendly service to customers according to WSB service expectations.
Originates and closes Consumer and Residential loans, assuring allagreements are complete, accurate and in compliance. Maintains knowledgeof WSB\'s core processing system, WSB products and services, WSBpolicies and procedures, and regulatory requirements governing retailaccounts. Keeps abreast of industry trends, standards and externalfactors that may affect the bank.

Experience Required 3 -5 yearssales and supervisory experience - 5 years business developmentexperience Preferred 5 years sales and supervisory experience and/orbusiness development experience Education Required - High School Diplomaor general education degree (GED)


Preferred - Associates or Bachelor\'sDegree in business or equivalent combination of education and experienceor related field Working conditions Additionally, an individual must beflexible in work schedule and have the ability to travel between officelocations.

A valid driver\'s license is required. Driving record must bein accordance with WaterStone Bank\'s Vehicle Safety Policy.
Certifications, Licenses, Registration Required Banker Certificationcompletion Position may be required to register under the NationalMortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
