SWCA is seeking a part time Smartsheet Project Specialist to administer multiple Smartsheet spreadsheets and workflows through manual data entry and 3rd party dataset uploads. This is an office-based position that is able to work remotely. Work hours may vary depending on project needs and your skills. As our team continues to grow, additional opportunities for advancement and/or transition to a full-time position will be available.The ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a diverse group of technical specialists. This position is part-time hourly. Pay depends on experience.

What you will accomplish:
  • Help build and maintain Smartsheet spreadsheets as our primary project tracking platform.
  • Within Smartsheet, perform data entry, bulk uploads, pull reports, gather metrics.
  • Execute on-demand python scripts to pull data from 3rd?party systems.
  • Work within our Enterprise Resource Planning tool, Deltek Vision to run reports and export data.
  • Manipulate raw datasets within Microsoft Excel to prep and transform for load into Smartsheet.
Experience and qualifications for success:

Qualified candidates will demonstrate an appropriate combination of the following additional competencies and skills:

  • 1 year experience actively using Smartsheet (or similar: Google Sheets, Wrike, Asana).
  • Has held a Smartsheet license and has built a Smartsheet spreadsheet.
  • Technology inclination and interest.
  • Motivation to learn new skills.
  • Able to work on a fast-paced team.

An employee in this Pasadena, CA-based position as a Natural Resources Technician can expect an hourly pay rate of $22-29/hour. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.
