Job Title: Vice President, Global Operations

  • Experience in manufacture of products involving electro-mechanical assembly and testing
  • Must have led an organization of similar size and multiple sites
  • Demonstrated success in leading operations improvement initiatives
  • Expertise in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing global sourcing and strong financial skills
  • Outstanding management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams
  • Strong technical skills and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organization to achieve objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage budgets, ensure quality systems compliance, and improve product quality
  • Recruit and retain talent, set development plans, and stay updated on best practices
  • Collaborate with the executive team and handle other tasks as needed
Candidate Specification/ Skills Requirements:
  • Must lead by example and have a track record of success
  • Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus
  • Advanced engineering or business degree preferred but not required
