If you're an experienced Pro B Sales leader with a passion for hair extensions, we have the perfect opportunity for you Join us as a Regional Manager for the Houston market, where you'll become a trusted advisor to stylists and salon professionals, helping them grow their extension businesses.

What You'll Do:
Lead Generation:
Research, target, and convert prospective salon professionals and stylists into loyal customers
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a steady flow of potential new business opportunities
Client Relations:
Regularly communicate and meet with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Sales Excellence:
Demonstrate a results-driven approach with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Product Promotion :
Highlight product offers and provide education to clients, emphasizing quality and competitive pricing
Account Management:
Manage accounts from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
Over 3 years of sales experience required
Results-Oriented:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Industry Knowledge:
Passion for hair extensions and the beauty industry
