We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Assistant Director of Implementation for our grant-funded project in Alabama.

In this role, you will travel around the state, working closely with teachers, students, and other educational stakeholders to implement virtual reality in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

School Outreach:

Travel across Alabama to engage with teachers, administrators, and students, increasing awareness about the use of virtual reality in classrooms.

Training and Support:

Provide hands-on training and support to educators on how to use VR hardware and software effectively for educational purposes.

Needs Assessment:

Gather feedback from teachers and students to identify their needs and preferences, serving as our liaison to build new features and content.

Community Engagement:

Collaborate with the state department of education, researchers, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and promote the adoption of VR technology in education.

Project Reporting:

Prepare regular reports and updates on project activities, outcomes, and challenges encountered.
Qualifications

:

Bachelors degree required; preference given to candidates with experience in geometry, math, or any education-related field.
Strong desire to improve educational technology (no VR experience required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a willingness to travel extensively.
Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in schools.
