Job Description:

  • Leads, coaches, teaches, and reinforces company culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all associates.
  • Assists in training new associates and documents violations of company policies.
  • Ensures department standards are met, communicates effectively with the team, and oversees store sanitation.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by assisting guests, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
  • Assists department associates, prepares them for advancement, and ensures product quality and safety.
  • Maintains workplace safety and cleanliness, enforces safety standards, and contributes to overall store cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned, with a focus on attendance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and handle a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of safety requirements and ability to use necessary equipment.
  • Must be available for flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting stock, along with fine motor skills and sensory abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time hourly position with a varied schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. Closing shifts until 10pm are expected at least once a week.
