The Recruiting Relations Specialist will lead in a comprehensive recruiting strategy and the facilitation of all activities creating relations to build a pipeline of talent for current and anticipated hiring needs. As a member of Human Resources this position will ensure and communicate practices, procedures, and overall employment activities of FRLS while remaining compliant with timely regulatory expectations. The Recruiting Relations Specialist will deploy instructional materials that ensure that best practices and company policies are followed.

This Recruiting Relations Specialist position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources & Operations Officer.

Requirements

Essential Functions

  1. Communicates changes in agency policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed.
  2. Proven track record of utilizing various recruiting resources to source qualified candidates for current positions.
  3. Able to create a strategic plan for building a pipeline of talent for anticipated future hiring needs.
  4. Identify and create a plan to build relationships with Law Schools in the State of Florida.
  5. Build a strong internship program in collaboration with Advocacy Director.
  6. Manages full cycle recruiting process.
  7. Collaborate with local management to create a customized recruiting plan.
  8. Assist hiring managers with selecting candidates and scheduling interviews in HRIS.
  9. Able to create innovative solutions to the recruitment process.
  10. Assist in development of HR policies and programs, benefits administration, team members relations and retention.
  11. Attend necessary recruiting events and trainings.
  12. Create a strategic and attractive posting plan.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  1. Associates degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success.
  2. Experience with coordination and communication of HR Recruiting activities.
  3. Experience utilizing social media/online creative tools for attracting qualified candidates.
  4. General knowledge of strategic recruiting functions.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Experience utilizing an ATS to track recruiting
  7. Work well in high volume recruiting environment
  8. Can engage with staff and professionals of all levels
  9. Always maintain a professional demeanor.
Working conditions

This position operates in a professional work environment.

Physical requirements
  1. This is a largely sedentary role, however, some lifting of office supplies of up to 20 pounds may be required.
  2. Must be able to travel, as needed.
