  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools is desirable.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in using data science and analytics techniques to derive insights and process improvements.
  • Successful track record in implementing digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
