About this Position:

The New Model Delivery Tech Leader is responsible for leach NM task (related to Order/Delivery systems/inputs) and high impact issue support, while independently managing assigned supply base to support New Model project timing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage, order, and expedite parts for new model trail events and other special purposes for assign supply base. Lead high impact/critical recovery activity to ensure on time delivery for NM events.
  • Establish trial part pricing and lead negotiation with suppliers as needed
  • Lead supplier readiness activity for new and critical suppliers to ensure project targets area achieved at key development stages. Work with supplier to ensure resolution of any part & delivery concerns.
  • Manage at least one project targeting process efficiency, cost reduction, and or loss elimination
  • Mentor, train/develop and support team of associates for the department with BOM, Ordering System/PO technical know-how
  • Support all ADMA sites from a Tech Lead standpoint and base site Group Lead back-up where needed

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience required

Average Experience:

  • 8+ years' experience
