Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and SpanishHandle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chatAssist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial product informationDiscuss and clearly explain to clients their 401k options and how to allocate their fundsCollaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiriesMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsQualifications:Bilingual in both English and Spanish is requiredPrevious experience in a call center or customer servicePrevious experience in the financial services or similar industry preferredBachelors degree preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM softwareCompensation$22.

Pay Details:
