Job Title: Business Development Manager
Paul Davis is a leading provider of emergency restoration services for residential and commercial properties. About the Position:
- Full-time role with a commitment of 40+ hours per week
- Attractive compensation package including base salary, commission, bonus opportunities, PTO, sick days, and paid holidays
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients through various channels
- Organize B2B visits and industry events
- Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM activities
- Collaborate with the franchisor and participate in marketing initiatives
- Handle social media accounts, attend networking functions, and coordinate promotional activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales and marketingIdeal to have experience in franchise, restoration, construction, or insurance industries
Skills and Characteristics:
