Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Position:

  • Full-time role with a commitment of 40+ hours per week
  • Attractive compensation package including base salary, commission, bonus opportunities, PTO, sick days, and paid holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients through various channels
  • Organize B2B visits and industry events
  • Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM activities
  • Collaborate with the franchisor and participate in marketing initiatives
  • Handle social media accounts, attend networking functions, and coordinate promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales and marketingIdeal to have experience in franchise, restoration, construction, or insurance industries
