Business Development Manager - Power Delivery (Substations, Transmission, Distribution)

The Business Development Manager for Power Delivery is in charge of creating and implementing the strategy for business growth in this area.

This role involves pinpointing and assessing new opportunities, building connections with important customers and stakeholders, and finalizing deals through negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and carry out the strategy for business expansion in the Power Delivery sector
  • Recognize and assess new prospects
  • Cultivate relationships with crucial clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and seal agreements
  • Oversee the sales pipeline
  • Monitor and present sales performance
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a preference for the power delivery field
  • Existing connections with major IOU's in the southwest area
  • In-depth knowledge of the power delivery sector
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
