TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our services to homeowners and commercial/businesses. They will inspire customers with designs and products that represent the premium offering Blingle presents. This person will develop and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients. They will be an important member of our high-performing team and must be able to work to develop a deep understanding of our product mix and customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ Years of Lead Generation Sales/Outside Sales Experience
    • We will also provide warm leads
  • Background in landscape lighting design/Construction/Home Services
  • AOLP certification not required, but a significant plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to use a multi-position ladder, lift ~35 lbs and, and operate a motor vehicle for extended hours
  • Employee MUST pass a background check and drug screen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan sales activities and follow up on leads provided by company through outbound marketing activities such as direct mail, digital marketing, Angi Leads, etc.
  • Foster business development by establishing referral relationships and networking with builders and contractors
  • Develop relationships with influential professionals in the area with a goal of providing work for their friends, family, clients, etc.
  • Participate in BNI, home shows, and other organic marketing activities with the goal of developing leads and selling our services
  • Meet with homeowners/business owners to plan design for landscape and holiday lighting
  • Enter information into company software to capture job details and special notes for the installation crew
  • Capture specific information about the home, utilize drone photography, and capture photos to document the project scope
  • Create an estimate and an official proposal for the customer that includes a recommendation and an upgrade option whenever possible
  • Track KPI's and collaborate with Owner on sales goals and metrics
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and continuing education seminars
