Kyo's BCBAs collaborate closely with each client to develop personalized treatment plans, targeting skills that hold the most significance for them and their families. By utilizing assessments and cutting-edge technology, our BCBAs can measure outcomes effectively to ensure optimal results. As an Hourly BCBA at Kyo, you will benefit from 1:1 mentorship and have the chance to engage with like-minded professionals nationwide to enhance both your personal and professional growth.


We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Hourly BCBA to join our Austin team.


Pay Range: $48 - $54 per hour (DOE)


  • Direct Kyo client programs and oversee staff implementation of ABA services.
  • Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in diverse settings, crafting individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Inform clients about behavior plans and goals, monitoring progress and communicating regularly with families, educators, and staff.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for parents, professionals, and staff.
  • Assist with various clinical or operational projects at regional or company levels as needed.
  • Attend and lead client and staff meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure efficient development of programs for our clients, going above and beyond listed job duties.
  • Provide a minimum of 15 to 25 billable hours per week.
  • Potentially work in a center-based environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional responsiveness and operational acumen.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between clients and attend meetings.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with automobile insurance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Various physical capabilities including walking, kneeling, bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity for computer and data entry.
  • Visual and auditory acuity for effective communication and comprehension.
  • Ability to utilize safe procedures as necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work settings may include clients' homes, schools, community locations, or office environments. While occasionally stressful due to client behavior or office environment, our team values constant collaboration and support.
