EMPLOYMENT

If you are interested in working in a manufacturing facility to learn a new trade working with large scale, modern, rotogravure printing presses, please read on We offer on the job training. Our goal is to hire dedicated, responsible individuals who are looking for a potential career at Interprint. Must be 18 years old to apply.

HOURS

Currently hiring for 11:00pm – 7:00am Monday - Friday, last shift ending Saturday morning. Overtime as needed.

PRINT TECH/OPERATOR WAGE SCALE (Including $1.50 shift differential)

Print Tech I: $20.50

Print Tech II: $21.50

Continued rate increases as you learn the skills necessary to become a Printer Printer rates start at $24.50 which includes shift differential. Ask for details

JOB DUTIES

Prepare and maintain rotogravure printing presses for production: set up and assist the Printer with press operation, maintain job materials inventories and provide a clean work area. Learn and understand color development techniques. Mastery of these duties is required for promotion to Printer.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift.
  • Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
  • Communicates well with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 40 or more pounds.

PREFERRED

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Completion of vocational training in machine shop.
  • Previous work experience in same or similar field.
