Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to operate and maintain advanced rotogravure printing presses in a manufacturing environment. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job training for those looking to develop a new skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and assist in the operation of rotogravure printing presses.
- Maintain inventory of job materials and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Demonstrate punctuality and a positive attitude towards work.
- Exhibit mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machinery.
- Engage in vocational training related to machine operation.
- Utilize previous experience in a similar role to enhance productivity.
Work Schedule: The position requires availability for the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive wage structure, including a shift differential. Our benefits package encompasses medical and dental insurance, complimentary short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and an employee assistance program.
