The Training Developer and Facilitator will play a vital role in creating and delivering training initiatives to ensure a smooth adoption of new access management protocols. We need someone with expertise in corporate training, change management, and a solid grasp of access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive training materials for different departments
  • Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and virtually
  • Collaborate with various departments to align training content with organizational objectives
  • Implement strategies to support the adoption of new access protocols
  • Collect feedback to continuously enhance training effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide reports to management
  • Offer support to employees on new access procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, IT, or related field
  • Proven corporate training experience
  • Understanding of access control systems and security protocols
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Training or instructional design certification is advantageous
