Role Description
As the Human Resources Generalist at MMTL, you will directly report to the CEO, focusing on enhancing HR protocols, training, recruitment, and fostering employee relations. We aim to solidify our position as a preferred employer and are seeking individuals who thrive on leveraging their HR expertise to drive company growth. This role offers a pathway to potential executive positions within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' HR Generalist experience or equivalent role.
- Background in logistics/trucking industries is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
