Join us at Topsort, a dynamic and innovative Series A startup in the media space that is democratizing the secret of profitable and delightful Google and Amazon style advertising via simple, auction-based products that leverages newest technology in machine learning.

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance department and support other core business units. You will be responsible for FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and preparing the required material for board meetings. You will work in a growing environment and oversee operations from multiple subsidiaries along with the parent company and will report directly to the C-Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design FP&A tools and leverage any of the existing software to optimize the time for decision-making.
  • Financial modeling tailored for the business, investors, and board meetings.
  • Headcount modeling and payroll management, working with Human Resources to support and audit payments from PEO and payroll units of each subsidiary.
  • Develop Budget, for annual OKRs, expenditures for business teams, and control of gross burn.
  • Invoicing, collection, and cash flow management. This involves overseeing the complete billing structure and all transfers related to banking and credit card accounts.
  • Equity awards and the company's stock plan. Auditing all processes related to employee equity awards, fundraising, the evolution of share capital, and conversations with the legal team.
What we expect from you
  • 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Degree in Finance, Economy or Business Management.
  • US finance laws and global subsidiary know-how.
  • Understanding and Passion for the E-commerce, Marketing, and Media landscape.
