Role Overview:


As a Lead Manager, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners, playing a crucial role in our success.

Your energy, enthusiasm, and drive to learn will help you excel in this fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for those who are natural leaders, persuasive communicators, and innovative thinkers.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact with homeowners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Assist in negotiating and closing sales contracts.
Build and manage a growing portfolio of investors.
Analyze investment opportunities for viability.
Challenge the status quo and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Points:
Experience in the real estate industry.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
Experience in sales.

Compensation:
Base Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions.
Management Compensation available through promotion.
