Sales Manager – Window & Door at VEKA Inc.

VEKA Inc. is a proud member of the family owned global VEKA Group and the world's largest extruder of vinyl for the window and door industry. With four US locations and over 800 employees, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager who is dedicated to driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or management, or relevant experience showcasing the ability to fulfill all duties and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions at all levels internally and externally.
  • Customer-centric approach and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple priorities, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in delivering effective presentations to large audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, decisiveness, and delegation skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
    • Expand customer base and market territory to surpass company goals.
    • Lead Sales Forecast, Capital Expense Forecast, and Personnel planning.
    • Develop strategies to achieve Sales Forecast.
    • Analyze and manage gross margin by account and product with Finance Department support.
    • Provide insights on market and product trends in the territory.
    • Assist Accounts Receivable/Credit Team under CFO/VP of Sales guidance.
  • Product Management:
    In coordination with the Window Product Manager
    • Manage product offerings within the territory.
    • Offer Value-Added Services to customers.
    • Participate in inventory and product obsolescence processes.
    • Help define Product lead times by product and customer.
  • Operational Input:
    • Establish Strategic Customer Partnerships.
    • Ability to function and achieve tasks in a cross-functional setting.
