Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Minnetonka

Employment Type: Regular



Your Day to Day Life:

We are seeking a Lab Technician to join our team at 11585 K-Tel Dr, Minnetonka, MN 55343 USA.

Your mission will be to:

  • Read plates and tubes to determine the number of organisms in the sample
  • Record findings for verification
  • Pipette sample solution into tubes or plates
  • Prepare samples for analysis by recording and blending
  • Maintain knowledge of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Complete necessary housekeeping duties
  • Adhere to all safety policies
  • Support continuous improvement processes

Your Profile:

Knowledge: Basic understanding of microbiology or lab science. High School Diploma required, Associate's degree in STEM preferred.

Required Skills: Analytical skills, knowledge of LIMS, physical dexterity for sample manipulation.

Work Environment: Laboratory setting with exposure to fumes, chemicals, occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, standing position, ability to detect color variations.



Compensation and Schedule:

Pay: $19.50/hr, Overtime paid at time and a half

Schedule: 5 days a week; Rotating Tuesday-Saturday and Monday-Friday

Start Time: 11AM

End Time: Variable, between 7PM-11PM

Overtime: 5-8hrs per week
