Compensation: $19-$22/hr


As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing product pricing, assisting customers with their options, and working closely with the design team to bring their visions to life.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and quote requests
  • Identify the most suitable production processes for clients
  • Collaborate with the art and design department on client projects
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients
  • Monitor order production status
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve or surpass predefined goals

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Manufacturing Sales
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications like Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
