THE POSITION: As the Division Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by overseeing daily operations and facilitating collaboration between the Buy and Build teams. Your responsibilities include administrative tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless closure of all items.

A TYPICAL DAY:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, assigning tasks to the sales team based on priority.
  • Convert customer inquiries into viable sales opportunities, generating interest to connect with designated Sales Agents.
  • Qualify potential customers according to their preferences and availability of new homes.
  • Set and monitor targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Track sales pipeline progress and alert team members about any delays.
  • Organize and support various events, including community gatherings.
  • Coordinate Design Studio appointments for prospective buyers.
  • Equip sales team with necessary tools to present Buy + Build deal points effectively.
  • Assist in overcoming objections to finalize contracts.
  • Support new Buy + Build clients during the onboarding process.
  • Prepare materials for marketing events and presentations.
  • Follow up on leads after marketing events like BUILD Events and Open Houses.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate or homebuilding
  • Active Real Estate license (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
