About the Position and Company:


Corient is one of the fastest-growing wealth management platforms in the United States. With over 10,000 clients and $100 billion of managed assets, we offer a unique wealth management experience that combines personalized service with industry-leading resources.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete custodian paperwork for establishing accounts, transferring funds, and updating account information
  • Prepare manager paperwork and assist with subscription document preparation
  • Manage bill pay and accounting services for select clients
  • Prepare financial reports, assist with tax information gathering, and support team meetings
  • Provide general office support and assist with special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Integrity, confidentiality, teamwork, and strong communication skills
  • Analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Ownership mentality and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and proof of work authorization
