The Senior Team leader Role within Service Delivery is responsible for managing Team Leaders and Travel Consultants. With a focus on building a high performing team, this position is actively involved in greater GCO initiatives to drive key objections. While maintaining excellent customer service, you will work closely with Team Leaders to support Travel Consultants to achieve their KPIs and ensure smooth day to day operations.

**What Youll Do on a Typical Day**

+ Act as the People Leader for Team Leaders / Travel Consultants on the team

+ Monitor teams results and contribution to GCO objectives

+ Lead discussions / projects among Team Leaders

+ Assist with projects, both within the country and globally, collaborating virtually with stakeholders within the organization

+ Provide defined management level support to Service Delivery, and act as backup in the absence of a manager

+ Actively transfer specialized skills in mentoring Team Leaders

+ Ability to articulate, develop, and achieve long-term objective

+ Experience in Business Travel or Travel Services is desirable but not essential

**Location**

United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $49,000 to $94,500. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
