TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a globally known energy efficiency consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report program key performance metrics and provide updates to management and the client.
  • Facilitate lessons learned and process improvement meeting within the operations vertical to promote best practices and work through challenges as a team. Independently manage workload and prioritize critical tasks.
  • Resolve any barriers that arises for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
  • Be accountable for the projects that are assigned and notify management team if there are any delays or discrepancies to the process.
  • Proficiency of Customer Relationship Management system and provide input for enhancements or troubleshooting.
  • Work with portfolio team to actively manage multiple projects through the entire lifecycle in various stages.
  • Support enduser customers in understanding, completing, and submitting required project paperwork and including relevant supporting documentation.
  • Review and verify incoming project submittals on a regular basis to determine eligibility and request missing information as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing excellent communication skills and positive attitude to work with detailed requests from customers, client staff, and internal team members.
  • Support outreach, technical, and other cross functional teams as needed through reporting, research, information followup, enduser customer training, etc.
  • Ensure incentives are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Residency in California.
  • Bachelors degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (i.e. outlook, word, excel, teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience using a CRM or similar system to effectively track customer and/or project details.
  • Experience with energy efficiency, electrification, utility programs, or construction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within the state of California.

  • Experience with processing complex projects.
  • Self‐driven and a team player with established critical thinking, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team and customers.
  • Attentiontodetail to ensure project submittals meet the clients' criteria for eligibility and completeness.
  • Experience working with a CRM system to manage data and create reports.
  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with low to no margin of error.
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage project progress.
  • Ability to coordinate, schedule and conduct team meetings professionally.
  • Ability read and monitor performance metrics to support program goals.
  • Experience promoting process documentation, optimization, and automation.
  • Knowledge of Energy related technology.
