ROLE AIM:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- **Drive for Achievements**
- Meet company sales targets by applying effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer preferences and needs.
- Stay informed about ongoing sales and promotions while maintaining pricing and presentation standards.
- Uphold merchandising, loss prevention, and other tasks as guided by Management.
- Engage in visual merchandising tasks, such as monthly store setups and zone maintenance.
- **Customer Engagement**
- Demonstrate and advocate for top-notch customer service standards, providing a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and deliver efficient checkout experiences.
- Stay updated on payment policies, coupon acceptance, returns, security protocols, and other operational procedures.
- Influence purchase decisions at checkout and meet add-on targets like gift card sales.
- Enroll customers in loyalty programs, build lasting relationships through personalized styling services, and keep clients informed about product offerings.
- **Operational Excellence**
- Support restocking efforts to maintain a well-stocked store.
- Assist in order fulfillment.
- Contribute to visual merchandising tasks, including setting up displays, changing window setups, and ensuring proper signage placement.
- Help in maintaining boutique cleanliness and organization.
- **Teamwork and Development**
- Foster a collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Seek personal growth opportunities and actively seek feedback.
- Perform any other assigned duties.

This role may be available across various brands, with responsibilities differing slightly.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to grasp and adapt to company-provided technology
- Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and Management
- Regular attendance is vital to meet company goals, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Regular Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift

The salary range for this role is $15.50 to $19.50. The final wage offer will depend on individual qualifications.
