Job Description

As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the success of our retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with inventory management, processing returns, and providing product information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
