Requirements
  • 16+ years of age
  • Passion for working with children and organizing age-appropriate activities
  • Warm, energetic, patient, and trustworthy personality
  • First Aid, AED & Adult/Child/Infant CPR Certified (or commitment to acquire certifications within 60 days of hire)
  • Physically capable – able to handle up to 30 lbs., engage in physical activities, and be alert throughout shifts
  • Mentally sharp – able to identify safety issues and understand the basics of child development

Basic Job Duties
  • Ensure a secure, clean, and enjoyable area for children
  • Understand Genesis Employee and Kids Club Policies
  • Professional interaction with parents/guardians concerning their children
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team building activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our members
  • Promptly report any facility-related concerns to the supervisor
  • Maintain records of daily Kids Club usage
  • Respectful and friendly engagement with members and fellow Genesis employees
  • Keep the Genesis Kids Club area tidy, equipment sanitized, and lead age-appropriate games and activities for the children
