Position Summary

Amplity Health seeks an Executive Director for the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators. As part of our team, you will play a key role in guiding the organization forward, overseeing operational, financial, and technical aspects. Reporting to the AONN+ Board of Directors, you will lead strategic initiatives to establish AONN+ as a premier professional association for nurse and patient navigation.

This position entails creating conditions for fundraising success, managing the budget, and collaborating with diverse partners for growth. You will also serve as the spokesperson for AONN+, fostering strategic partnerships and representing the organization at external events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy, operations, and organizational growth
  • Manage financial processes and fundraising activities
  • Oversee team structure and external engagement
  • Represent AONN+ at conferences and media events
  • Optimize programs, resources, and partnerships

Experience:

Skills & Abilities:
