Tactica Solutions seeks a qualified Force Management analyst to serve within the 116th MIB's Force Management Section, supporting Aerial ISR operations and modernization. This is a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) position performed on the Government site at Ft. Eisenhower, GA, with occasional travel as needed.

Typical Job Duties and Tasks:

  • Performs a wide range of complex analytical assignments and studies to evaluate and develop organizational requirements to accomplish command initiatives. Assists in determining parent and subordinate units' structure, composition, position, and equipment requirements.
  • Analyzes the organization's personnel and equipment to determine changes to meet organizational requirements. Plans and programs changes to the force structure as directed by the Force Management Director. Executes documentation of changes to organizations and materiel. Participates in unit activations, inactivations, and reorganizations as directed. Maintains the personnel and equipment requirements by developing and reviewing command plans. Supports FM determination of manpower and equipment resource requirements, authorizations, and structure in MTOE and TDA. Reviews TOE for equipment and personnel requirement updates.
  • Tracks capabilities and material solutions through the Operational Needs Statement (ONS) process.

  • Coordinates, submits, and tracks 4610-R submissions from initiation to completion of documentation of equipment.
  • Able to apply and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for manpower requirements as directed by the Force Manager.
  • Understands and utilizes force management information systems and subsystems. Utilizes databases such as FMSweb to compare Standard Requirements Codes over time to identify the capability to change.
  • Is thoroughly familiar with equipment authorization standings/systems, manpower and equipment survey procedures, and personnel-equipment interrelationships. Must know Army and INSCOM policy on organizing and structuring units. Assist in coordination and analysis of all FM data and provide recommendations Force Management Director.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting written and oral communication techniques to develop and deliver briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, and correspondence to organizational leaders.
  • Understand and execute the 4610-R process, Supplemental equipment documentation, Basis of Issues Plans (BOIP), Track BOIP updates and equipment mod-paths for future equipment upgrades, and the Annual Command Plan process.

Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • At least three(3) years of experience supporting force structure
    in an Army unit.
  • Equipment resource requirements, authorizations, and structure in MTOE and TDA. TOE for equipment
  • Self-motivated/self-starter
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work any shift.

Required Security Clearance

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance
