In the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Assistant Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the department.
Acts as a team lead to a small group of employees generally focused on a limited task.For the state of Colorado only, the pay range is $22.00 to $28.00 , depending upon qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.

Assume responsibility for immediately addressing safety concernsAssist in leading, training, and coordinating work including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirementsIn the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Assistant Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the department.
Must know all department functions and processesEnsure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, maintaining the security of the Distribution Center and accurate inventoryEnsure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damageEnsure that jobs are correctly implemented, assigned effectively, and completed properlyAssist in maintenance and security of the Distribution CenterOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the job.

What Youll NeedHigh School or GED preferred4+ years of distribution center or warehouse experienceCertification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferredIf required to make deliveries:Must have a valid driver's licenseMust be at least 21 years of ageMust pass a pre-employment and annual review of their Motor Vehicle RecordMust obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hireMust not have had a suspended drivers license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 yearsMust not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 yearsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfying customer requirementsAbility to resolve complex issues and problemsPossess a comprehensive knowledge of subject mannerAbility to lead and trainAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete job tasksAbility to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirementsExcellent organizational and time management skills.
