Key Responsibilities :
- Support in creating, editing, and managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Office365/Azure
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and L3 Senior Engineers to resolve incidents/requests and implement intricate solutions
- Identify issues and suggest proactive process enhancements
- Contribute to Knowledge Base content following style and content guidelines
- Develop and update User Guides/SOP's as necessary
- Proficient in Asset Management including physical assets and inventory updates
- Qualifications & Knowledge :
- 3 to 5 years experience in onsite and/or remote technical support for end-users in Workstations and Mobile devices environments
- MCSE Certification (Optional)
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft modern workplace and O365
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and related technologies
- Understanding of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)
- Specialized technical expertise, particularly in Desktop support with a minimum of 5 years in a support role
- ITIL Foundation Certification
