Desktop Support Technician

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support in creating, editing, and managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Office365/Azure
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and L3 Senior Engineers to resolve incidents/requests and implement intricate solutions
  • Identify issues and suggest proactive process enhancements
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base content following style and content guidelines
  • Develop and update User Guides/SOP's as necessary
  • Proficient in Asset Management including physical assets and inventory updates
  • Qualifications & Knowledge :
  • 3 to 5 years experience in onsite and/or remote technical support for end-users in Workstations and Mobile devices environments
  • MCSE Certification (Optional)
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft modern workplace and O365
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and related technologies
  • Understanding of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)
  • Specialized technical expertise, particularly in Desktop support with a minimum of 5 years in a support role
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
